Final Non Wing Double Down This Weekend

WAYNESFIELD, Ohio (7/19/18) – After sitting silent last weekend, the cornfields of Waynesfield, Ohio will come alive with the thunder of four divisions of racing this Saturday night, July 21st.  Saturday’s program will be headlined by the Quest Federal Credit Union Non Wing sprints who will take part in the second “Double Down” night of the 2018 season.  The Non Wing sprints will run back-to-back nights starting at Limaland Motorsports Park in Lima, Ohio and ending Saturday night at Waynesfield Raceway Park in Waynesfield, Ohio.  The May edition of the “Double Down” event saw Tipp City, Ohio’s Landon Simon sweeping the weekend, winning at both Limaland and WRP.  Simon comes into the weekend looking to recover from a late race spin in the Dick Spencer Memorial on July 7th.  The sprint cars will be joined by the Satellite Connections UMP Modifieds, Block Insurance Tough Trucks, and Indian Lake Outfitter Compacts.  The night of racing is presented by the Block Insurance Agency.

Adult general admission is just $12; kids aged 11-15 are $6 with everyone under the age of ten admitted for FREE.  Pit access is just $25.

Pit side gates open at 4PM.  Grandstands open at 5PM.  Hotlaps get underway at 6PM with the first green flag of the night flying at 7PM.
