USAC D2 Thunder Midgets VS AMSA Non-Wing Mini Sprints Added To Bob Hampshire Classic
WAYNESFIELD, Ohio (9/11/19) – A third division has been added to an already packed night of racing for the second running of the Bob Hampshire Classic, Saturday, October 12th at Waynesfield Raceway Park in Waynesfield, Ohio. USAC’s very own D2 Thunder Midgets will join forces with the AMSA Mini Sprints for a non-wing matchup between the series’ premier drivers. The feature event will pay $500 to win and $100 for just making it into the big dance. Saturday’s combined effort is the first in 2019 for the two series. Past meetings at Waynesfield by both classes saw some of the best racing action with car counts breaking the 30 mark.
The addition of the USAC D2 Thunder Midgets and AMSA Non-wing Mini Sprints joins a sprint car lover’s dream event with appearances by the FAST 410 sprint cars and the BOSS Non wing sprint cars already on the card.
