Rain Cancels June 9th Meet the Drivers Night!

WAYNESFIELD, Ohio (6/09/18) – After much deliberation, officials at Waynesfield Raceway Park have decided to cancel the Meet the Drivers Night racing program scheduled for June 9th.  With the saturated grounds from rains yesterday, continued rainfall this morning, and the forecast of thunderstorms this evening, officials were forced to pull the plug.

Racing moves to Sunday night next weekend for the third night of Ohio Sprint Speedweek, featuring the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions and the K&L Ready Mix NRA 360 sprint cars. This event has been known to bring in drivers from all over the world, featuring some of the best racing of Speedweek.
